I was highly impressed and comfortable and additional felicities

This Resorts is located in the centre of Velankanni. Easy distance to the Church. The sea is 2km away. Rooms were clean and neat.

Location is excellent but the rooms and toilets need an upgrade. The restaurant food is average. No complaints.

The hotel is situated very close to the Morning star church, Velankanni where Holy mass in malayalam is conducted. There is ample space for parking your vehicle too. If you are an EV owner, i would say this is not your best option. There are no EV charging facilities available. We have an EV, therefore I called them many times before booking the room regarding charging points but they always said that the nearest point is in front of GS resorts which is 1km away and that no other hotels near the church have the facility. The charger near GS resorts is only 7.5 Kw and gets dripped easily, hence we couldn't charge and we're really worried. The Seagate hotel staff didn't help too. But later we found that Hotel Golden Sand, which is only 400m from Seagate hotel, has a faster unit which the Seagate staff never told us about. The rooms are not very great. The towels they provided were very poor and there were no toiletries.

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

Swimming pool is also there ,rush is pretty low, plenty of parking

Very clean and peaceful place, just a few minutes from Velankanni Church. Rooms were spacious, staff was super friendly, and the food was tasty. The pool and garden added to the relaxing vibe. Would definitely come back!

They are charging 30 rs for 1 liter water bottle(MRP is 20) 3. Did not fixed intercom connection after multiple requests 4. Swimming pool timing is not good. 9.30 AM- 5.30 PM. Usually people will prefer early morning or evening. 5. Play area for the kid is not good.

Rooms are not well maintained ,bed linen and towels were dirty.There were bed bugs and we couldn’t sleep.Toilets are unclean

Property is located in a very prominent place overlooking the basilica and maintained well. Staff were courteous, polite, helpful and accommodating. They made our stay very comfortable from the time of check-in until our departure.
