Terrible Stay

Despite booking the room with confirmed details on your site, I was asked to pay an additional by the caretaker upon arrival for the same room. I was also informed that the booking made through MakeMyTrip was incorrect, which was unexpected and quite unprofessional. Additionally, the property location shown on the map during booking was completely misleading. It was displayed as 1.5 km from Thillai Natraj Temple, but the actual distance is around 7 km. The map even inaccurately placed the property in the middle of a bridge. Furthermore, the room did not offer the amenities listed on your website at the time of booking, such as basic toiletries and a closet. The first room allotted to me was extremely cramped, with barely any walking space. This was far from the quality and comfort promised during booking. While I must mention that the lunch served was good, the listing also stated the presence of a restaurant on-site. However, for dinner, I was informed by the caretaker that it would not be available, and the nearest restaurant was 4 km away—causing further inconvenience. This has been one of my most disappointing experiences with a hotel booking, and I urge you to look into this matter seriously. I request appropriate action to address the misrepresentation and additional charges I faced.

Contact number provided while booking does not exist, No proper sign board to hotel while entering city, ROOMS GOOD, washroom no proper maintenance taps broken, lock broken but STAFF CARING, no caters and hotels faraway we had to drive
