Very good ambience, neat and tidy, staff courteous and well behaved especially the restaurant staff provided us an outstanding service. Hats off.

Very much comfortable, modern amenities, family friendly, cooperative staffs, Nilabagam restaurant was excellent in their food preparation.Overall experience is, we had a really pleasant stay.

The staff should learn Hospitality... They treat the guests as beggars... Please avoid the stay in this hotel

Old, run down place. Needs full renovation. Except coffee nothing was good in breakfast. No lunch and dinner onsite. Only one key per room.

Absolute basic hotel with very unfriendly staff I wanted to cancel my future days booking and they made me pay for the whole stay…. I left the money on the table and checked out….

For family people who want a 3 star hotel experience. All room facilities were well provided. Car parking is available

I have stayed at this hotel a few years back and was impressed by their professionalism and quality of the hotel. Now both are lacking. Ok entry we were told strictly and almost rudely that no guests are allowed in to the rooms. We had no intention of bringing in guests! the rooms were good and clean. Breakfast used to be an impressive buffet spread now there were very few items. What was served was indeed tasty. Overall the value for the amount paid is not seen in the stay experience!

4. Everything was good, but the buffet breakfast wasn't kept properly everything was very cold and also initially we were given room no 209 which lock issues but when complained they immediately changed the door ! overall it was a good stay!

Had an overnight stay. Hotel centrally located and a good property. Rooms are spacious. Food average. Breakfast not much of variety. Too overly priced hotel charges

Generally it's great. Hot water provision should start earlier than 5 am. Need to meticulously ensure milk powde/tea bags etc for 2 persons & 2 sets

The hotel is located in a good area and accessible to prominent places. The interiors are dull, could have been better. The quality of food is bad. Not worth ordering anything from the restaurant.

They are charging for breakfast per head rs 350 with only idly and vada. They supposed to give complimentary breakfast when the full spread not available or at discounted rate considering number or food item. They. Charged us full amount

Stayed here a couple of times, and it is the best one Around.
