The property was under maintenance and there was no mention about that in make my trip or from the hotel side. Restaurant closed, swimming pool under maintenance. For a resort thats on a highway, restaurant is a definite requirement and had we known there is no retaurant we would not have booked this resort at all

Nice hotel near Vaitheeswaran temple

Good hotel in that vicinity. Food is not available. This is disadvantage. Rooms are spacious. Avoid booking directly as the cost is highly. Bathrooms are also spacious and they are maintained neatly. Value for money.

Vey strategically located to aces s all temples in chidambaram, sirkazhi and kumbakonam. Fairly priced. Decent space and stay. Require more attention on cleaniness of bathroom. Need more attenders. It is single man show for managing guest.

Rooms door lock was broken curtains were very short for the windows and bad drainage smell in bathroom and about complimentary didn't give a proper response. Overall not worth the money.

It was a totally wrong choice. Everything was worst. Room was bad - not clean at all, no hot water, the receptionist argued with me that the complimentary breakfast was not part of the booking. Many times the receptionist was missing from his desk. Room telephone was not working, internet connection was not working. Please remove this property from your list. Thanks.

1. The toilets were stinking. Water stagnates. Finish flooring very rough & bad. 2. The room does not have table keep your luggage. Walls not at-all clean; lot of patches of red markings. 3. Doors cannot be latched from inside. 4. Too much of bleaching powder in water. 5. Only lukewarm water comes & not hot water. 6. Ac was not working. 7. Out pavement is dangerous- mores o for elderly. They can trip & fall.

Poor Stay

It was poor! double bed had one bedsheet and when asked for an extra one. They gave a blanket which smelled like urine. The experience was worst than a lodge. The swimming pool was not swim worthy. Charged us 2300 for one night with no food ideally means they are charging only stay per night, but the stay itself was a bismal. They should not be calling them selves resort. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Rooms are really terrible, they dont even care for the customers, the beds bugs in it and the room is smelling really stincky

It's a good place to stay with nice ambience. Resort has swimming pool, best view and feel good. Ac is cool in room with good bed. They just need to improve updating pillow covers

Poor maintenance

We stayed in navagraha for two nights. Bath room condition is very bad. No place to keep towel in bath room. Flooring was bad. When requested the hotel staff to fix bath room towel rod they never did anything. The room had clear glass windows with insufficient screens and people can see from outside. When we checked out at 6 am, the car exit gate was locked and no one was there to open it. We called the hotel phone number and some one came after sometime and opened the gate. Very bad experience.

Hi, the room given was not inside the actual resort but on the first floor where drivers were provided to stay. No proper bath and water supply and not properly maintained. As we had no other option i stayed there for one night It was late and raining heavily so we had to stay there itself despite discomforts.
