Karaikal Ashok Beach Resort

Simple Stay. It is a government property. It is time to renovate. Room architecture is too good. Duplex kind of room. It is very unique style. But everything needs to be renovated. No complementary breakfast and restaurant. We have to order from Swiggy / ZOMATO. We experienced a very calm stay. But lot of things needs to improve for current standard.

*AVOID* The place is beat down and old, water leaking from AC, Water leaking from hot water knob, horrible smell, no proper support from staff *

The property outside is not maintained properly. The bed was uncomfortable. The only positive is the bathroom was big and was in a good condition as they were new I think

the hotel is rundown in a bad condition. no one at the reception. The only thing is that it's on the beach. If only they maintained well then it will be a good place.

The place was very easy to find and found it very neat ,clean. Staff deployed were polite and co operative. Food quality was also good.

Property was ok. I was looking for a one large room for 4 adults. This property has such large rooms with 4 beds suitable for 4 adults. did not allow me to book one room, kept suggesting to book 2 rooms. When I went to the property there, I found out that each room had capacity for 4 people. So. I spent double the money. Definitely you would have earned double commission. Looks very unethical

The location of the property is very close to the beach. The cleanliness outside the room was very poor. Too many dogs and also uncleaned walkways. No maintenance staff. Inside the room we had cockroach and also good amount of musquitos. Appliances were good, bed was good. No wifi or other facilities. Not worth for the charge they are taking it. Wouldnt recommend. We stayed in another hotel the third day considering the poor quality of stay here, though we lost money for the third day

Neat and clean room, worth to stay. Found it from MMT, nice stay near to the beach. Variety of restaurants near this hotel along with Beach entertainment and near by children park. My kids enjoyed their time ☺️

You find this place right on the karaikal beach front. The property is quite big with ample space to move around. Nice parking. Food against order only. One can stroll on the beach in morning and evening which is refreshing

Ashok beach resort karikal is very very good, clean n it has duplex room double bed down n single 2 beds on 1 st floor. Each room can accommodate 4 pp l. It's jus near the beach n has beach part n game zone next to it. Very comfortable stay n access to everything was easy

It is okay to stay here for this price, we can swim at the beach and come here four person can sleep

It's a horrible terrible experience in this govt resort. Which was not known at the time of booking. Lot of mosquitos, no cleaning nor properly maintained. Staff is govt staff so no proper response. Please don't go and waste your money. Dirty uncleaned linens, hot water katley not working.
