The worst stay I ve had no proper maintenance water gets stopped regularly I had to wait for 1 hour in the toilet no clean rooms

Overall stay was average. Rooms are not well maintained. Stained bedding and towels were provided. Electric sockets were not working.No daily Room service available. External appearance and ambience is great as compared to the conditions of the room.

Average Stay
The location and ambiance is good, but rooms are not upto the mark especially bathroom. Some light are not working. At midnight my kids bed broken and she fall down from bed. Restaurant staff behaviour is very bad. They are very slow in supplying.

Average Stay
Service was Good, food is good, staff members are helpful and property is also above average but before booking few points to be noted- don’t book standard room, pictures are misleading, it’s very basic, bad hygiene and Facility issues. You should book top variant for better quality. If you are coming for sight seeing there’s nothing much, hardly any access to beaches.

room amenities was full damaged like ac there is no display fully open but running slowly,then secondly hot water not coming properly shower not working one plug fully open. I mention 2adult and 2children but matress charges room was standard but reception people saying deluxe room.last three years I am staying same gs resort but different room no this year

Worst Stay In a Worst Resort
Pathetic resort, no amenities provided as said when booked. Not sure why make my trip has such pathetic resorts. Rooms in pathetic condition. Bathroom pathetic, broken and leaked pipes.

Ac not working for the first 160 minutes after check in the room.. complained three times but no proper response. after making me burst out then they changed the room. horrible experience, will never stay again and never refer for everyone..most important is thanks

Not recommended
Rooms were not clear and washroom was worst. In one room AC is not working. We didn't stay there for 30mins but they were not ready to refund.

Water is too salty. Washroom window is not covered well. Breakfast is with poor quality. Swimming pool was not cleaned properly. So many dead insects were on top of water. Juice bought from them was high on price but not qualified for that price.
