Seagate Church View Resorts

My room was so good. I got a church view from the room itself. Very friendly staff and management. Food was above average. A little high price.

The property location and the staff service are appreciable. The room cost was about 4000 per room, but the facilities were not worth this fare ( it lacked cleanliness ). The restaurant was fine and cost about 250 per person per meal.

Wonderful hospitality, clean and great food. We stayed one night at seagate resorts room no 330 and had wonderful experience, the room was clean and spacious, foods offer a wide variety of different and tasty dishes.the swimming pool was clean and well maintained.staff is very friendly and helpful.

My stay at the hotel was good — it’s definitely one of the best places to stay in Velankanni. The property is well maintained, and the food at the restaurant was also quite good. Cons: The room could have been cleaned better; there was some dust here and there. The buckets in the bathroom were very old and faded — something I wouldn’t even use at home. That said, having stayed in other hotels in Velankanni, I’d still say this is the best one overall.

The resort is really good for families, with parking and other facilities near to the church. Can be better in terms of room services and cleanliness of rooms, They are well maintained, but can be better.

Seagate resort is conveniently located near the Basillica and Morning Star church. the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This Resort is a really super way to stay with a group of people. Very good rooms with all adequate amenities. Good maintenance

The property itself is quite good spacious, well maintained, and with ample parking. The infrastructure and facilities are commendable, and the housekeeping staff deserve special mention for their dedication and hard work. The food is decent, with prices that feel fair for what’s offered. However, the overall dining experience could be improved with a bit more attention to taste and variety. The only real letdown was the attitude of the reception and management staff, who seemed somewhat indifferent to guests needs. A warmer and more attentive approach from them would truly elevate the overall experience.

This Resorts is located in the centre of Velankanni. Easy distance to the Church. The sea is 2km away. Rooms were clean and neat.

Location is excellent but the rooms and toilets need an upgrade. The restaurant food is average. No complaints.

The hotel is situated very close to the Morning star church, Velankanni where Holy mass in malayalam is conducted. There is ample space for parking your vehicle too. If you are an EV owner, i would say this is not your best option. There are no EV charging facilities available. We have an EV, therefore I called them many times before booking the room regarding charging points but they always said that the nearest point is in front of GS resorts which is 1km away and that no other hotels near the church have the facility. The charger near GS resorts is only 7.5 Kw and gets dripped easily, hence we couldn't charge and we're really worried. The Seagate hotel staff didn't help too. But later we found that Hotel Golden Sand, which is only 400m from Seagate hotel, has a faster unit which the Seagate staff never told us about. The rooms are not very great. The towels they provided were very poor and there were no toiletries.

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

Swimming pool is also there ,rush is pretty low, plenty of parking
