While the hotel offered good accommodations with friendly staff, and we were pleased with the convenient parking and the quality of the food, our stay was significantly marred by the very irritating and frequent power cuts we experienced.

Definitely a good hotel to stay. Booked 2 rooms. There were some challenges without the elevator in the property. But the property manager handled it better for the aged parents room which was allocated in the other building and moved it near to our room. Thanks for taking care of that. I recently had the opportunity to stay at your property in Velankanni, and I would like to share some constructive feedback based on my experience. As a professional in the hospitality industry, I understand the challenges of hotel operations; however, certain aspects of my stay were far below the expected standard, and I feel it’s important to bring them to your attention. 1. Lack of Room Space and Congestion The room allocated was extremely cramped, making movement difficult and creating an uncomfortable environment. The furniture placement and room layout further contributed to the lack of usable space. There was barely any room to place luggage or even sit comfortably. Such space constraints can severely affect guest comfort and satisfaction. 2. Improper Room Setup and Poor Maintenance The room lacked basic amenities and was not maintained in a professional manner. Cleanliness, organization, and presentation were not up to the mark. As someone from the hospitality sector, I found it disappointing to see a lack of attention to detail that is otherwise standard in guest-ready rooms. I’m sharing this feedback not just as a guest, but also as a fellow hotelier who understands the importance of guest experience. I believe with better space planning, improved housekeeping, and professional upkeep, the guest experience at Udhyam Inn can be significantly improved. I hope you take this feedback in the spirit intended and look into these matters for future guests.

Accommodation and service at hotel is good. Have sizeable Car Parking faility. Make my Trip services are very good.
