Hotel Green Park

It is a worst hotel. I've seen till now. I could not stay after looking at the worst toilets and unclean . washroom was the worst part. It was so broken and dirty, and then the beds also were not good and the worst part is that if you have children, elders or you have lot of luggage, it's going to be very difficult for you because they say the rooms are in the first floor, but it's actually not in first floor. It's in second floor or third floor and there is no lift at all . I did not get any refund through even make my trip after putting some insurance extra ₹35-₹40 also.

No proper service in this Hotel. TV was not working, water bottle was not provided, no blanket in the room, we booked the room for 5 ppl but toileteris were provided only for one person. Major problem was instead of booking room with breakfast, they did not servered breakfast to us. we wasted 2hrs asking for breakfast, but there was no responce finally we left the room without breakfast. Not recommend any one to stay in this Hotel. Services is very very poor.

There is no lift facility so difficult to climb 4 floors..the location is also not corrected as mentioned in the app.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Green Park Velankanni is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite and helpful, and the location is perfect — close to the church and the beach. The food was fresh and tasty, and the peaceful surroundings made the stay very relaxing. Highly recommended for families and travelers!

First positives , hotel employees are excellent services and excellent hospitality.. however it's an online booking and very expensive for the facilities in hotel . I understood direct booking with hotel is atleast 60% less . I give 100 out of 100 for the hotel owner and his employees/Staff
