Had a neat and clean room stay.had a wonderful experiance with family. all our belongs are really safe and secure.

The property is quite close to the basilica church but has a not so clean surrounding. The room ways are narrow. The water in the wash rooms are hard water and not fit for bathing; especially hair wash. Since there is no restaurant, it has a disadvantage.

Nice accommodation. The rooms are good. Very good for families. The beach is very near just walkable to the beach and main church. The beach view is good from the balcony. No lift and room service is a little bit late.

Neat and clean rooms, value for money will visit again

it's close to the main church but the stay needs maintenance at every level, linens are dirty and so is the small carpet. in short I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel cleaning was nice. The crew are also quite good however the hotel looks like congested also the premium room is also good however there is no lift and restaurant facilities.

But water not good all salt water. This was i not happy. No hot water. Little hot

Very small room. Unprofessional at reception. Dirty bed sheets & toilet accessories are not maintained, very small mirror & no towels. Not worthy for photographs.

Its only lodging, the staff was helpful. The rooms spacious. Opted for top floor as ventilation was good. Good stay by the beach for a night or two. They had no lift was one of the draw back as we had a senior citizen accompaning us. They tried accomidating at the lower floor but rooms were not available

Annai bay is quite light on pocket, with it you will also receive average service. Like no towel, no water bottle in the room. You have to bring your own stuff. It was raining and i asked if there's a spare umbrella as we needed to go to church, they didn't have neither they tried to get it. Rest all average. But with the price you can go ahead and book if you need a day stay just to visit the velankanni church.

Room was good, location was near to sea and churches. and bazaar. All over acc to price it was good 👍

Nice place to stay in the busy schedule of our son leave. Ease to walk around all churches and nearest to beach.

Overall rating-2. There is no lift available and we had to walk up/down two floors every time. Also no intercom to contact the reception. Parking space was also not available. Towels and toiletries provided after asking. We booked for 3 adults but only a double bed was available. No drinking water provided. Room was clean. Will not recommend this for stay.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. We had to extend our stay and that was honored without any hassle.

Booked 2rooms deluxe and premium. Rooms are neat and clean but there’s no amenities as it’s showing in mmt. Very bad room service. U have to ask them for towels, soaps. Not worth money. Hotel rates are high without any facilities. Room stay very good. There’s no intercom to contact reception. We have to go down each time using stairs. Overall stay and room nice but don’t trust any of the facilities shown while booking nothing is there.
