Room was good but was very costly. Location is nearer to the church. There was no free breakfast. Coffee powder milk powder not provided. Restaurant was not functioning.

This hotel's food is not a tasting and not a every day cleaning and hot water is not a in time

The linen was dirty and it had spots. Upon requesting for a change of sheets they denied. There was no tea/ coffee supplies. Only kettle was available. They did not provide any room service stating that they dont have staff. It was a terrible experience. The drainage pipe at the facade was leaking and the dirty seepage water fell on my head.

it was pilgrim voyage, it was the best location to attend the ceremony which was next to the hotel

While the rooms were good, spacious, and clean, the problem was with the mattress and the pillows. Too soft and sagging. We ended up struggling with sleep and body pain. The hotel is in a good place- and in general was hygenic - room, bathroom etc. The problem was only with the mattresses which were bad - and sagged. We woke up with a severe backache. Otherwise, service etc. is good.

The location is good. But pricy may be due to holiday or season. I paid over 7k for room only without breakfast. If it was including breakfast the price is nominal

I stayed at Four Seasons in Velankanni and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant, and room service is almost non-existent. Calls to the reception go unanswered most of the time. The rooms were not cleaned daily, and the washroom was in very poor condition with water leakage and lack of cleanliness. Overall, the basic standards of hospitality and maintenance were completely missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Not worth for the room rates they charge. Location is fine, no restaurant, they don’t provide room cleaning and water bottles for the 2nd of stay. TV size is very small. Mini refrigerator not available. Hangers not available, locker not available. For such rates these amenities are necessary.

Not worth the money they are charging in weekend. Restaurant under maintenance and parking on weekend is really conjusted. Only location was good

overall very bad experience....... They are not providing basic things like tea bag, milk powder etc... The front office service was terrible. No food the restaurant was closed..... we paid 6000 rs for the room... they provide only half litre bottle drinking water. The manger behaviour was they provided our stay for free..... overall very bad experience......

No service. No food in the premises. Location very close to church. Decent room. But don't expect anything else.

The overall experience was good Would recommend it to friends and families.
