Air conditioning not working rooms are ok location is good no toiletries improve

room was big that was okay it was a double bed no great tolitarys are such a towel was given and a soap was given that is all but clean rooms clean toilets amazing big rooms compared to the other rooms in Velankanni and at for this price just behind the church 2 minutes walk to the morning star Church amazing location awesome I will always go there next time onwards

The hotel was Good and the service was great. Overall satisfied with the services. The ambiance was alright.

Check- in was smooth and service also good. Room is also good and staff's very very good.

Not too far from the church, close to the bus stand. No food available but can be served from nearby restaurants. I had booked a non AC room and weather in Nov was not very hot so could manage comfortably with a fan. Hot water is available. I could not use the wifi at all not even login. Lift available, helpful staff at the reception.

I reached the place at 10 PM. Before I entered the room the staff were particular in informing that I should vacate the room at 10 AM. Other guests can vacate at 12 noon. The rates also was less for walk - in guests

food was very poor. Hotel is very close to the church thank you.

Sheets were not cleaned. Instructions were not clear. No bathroom cleaned.

Had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was polite and were quick and made sure to clean the room each day during our stay of 3 nights.

This hotel was average and not clean.. rest rooms not clean and there was furniture work all over.. Hotel is near by church and bus stand.. Management may need to work to keep the rooms clean and replace the old materials used in rest room..

Neatness is very good, room service also good and the food is ok level only The location is very long from Church to hotel and the main problem is check out check in time after 12 pm and check out time was before 10 am what a great income please increase the check out time otherwise it's a very long hotel from Church.

booked for 4 days and got a worst experienced in this hotel ...full smell when entered the room ...no hot water, no proper room service,one standing in front office treated very very very bad ,I asked for hot drinking water but no response from them , really by seeing the ad I booked a wrong hotel ,no use of paying for this hotel, no one asked nothing for three days on fourth day my vacating day they came to my room asking for coffee,car cleaning, luggage carring coz all for tips..I will never or ever won't suggest this hotel for my family ,friends,and all..this is my last visit to this hotel..I will give zero to this hotel...if anyone staying please be careful there are many insects inside the toilets ,near the bed ,full of mosquito inside the room .....please don't take this type of hotels it's not worthy for money

Property location was easily accessible to railway station and bus stand and walkable distance to church. Hotel room service was excellent and rooms were maintained very neat and clean
