Room was very smelly. When complained about it, they just put some naphtalene balls in the lavabo. Electricity was on and off every now and then. While lights were kept on from generator, geyser was not, and therefore, hot water not readily available. Beddings are not changed after each client leave their room. Dishes and kitchen are not regularly cleaned. We had diner, all the plates and food remains were left on the table until 10am the next day. General heating was there, but not turned on, despite complaining about the cold. Instead, small Gas heaters were provided for 1 hr, and was not sufficient. Heating mattress however was good. The owner was a very pleasant and welcoming buddy. He made us feel at home by amicably chatting with us in the lounge area, providing tea and even made us sing karaoke. Staffs lacked professionalism. Although they did nothing extra to make our stay comfortable, they asked for tips when we were leaving. Location is in a small valley and steep climb is required to reach village centre, although if you have vehicle, it is a quick 5min.

The room is very neat and clean and they are having a bedwarmer as well, but the bathroom is not so much clean and the outdoor is also not locking up properly and especially there is no mirror inside the room to get ready only the advantages is as they are providing the service is very good but bathroom is not so clean and mirror is missing
