Thanks Mr. Bansal for your feedback. Bharari, where the flat is located is the one of the prime areas of Shimla. Its 4km away from Mall Road and the area remains cooler in comparison to the other locations within Shimla, which are facing unusual and unheard of weather patterns this year. There is some renovation/road broadening going on nearby which may have caused some inconvenience. Thanks again for your feedback .

Thanks for your feedback. There was some water issue in kitchen due to breakage in pipeline, sorry for the inconvenience, its been taken care off now. The house keeping is done right before the guest checks in. During the stay its done as and when the guests asks for it as per their convenience, however your point is noted
