All good, they arranged for lunch in the afternoon on special request and also drop to the ISBT Shimla Bus stop 🚏 Overall it was a great experience

Facilities are just okay okay the hotel needs to do better in hygiene

The hospitality and the food was good Best place to relax in shimla..

We stayed there , Thought that the hotel has access to roads but it doesn’t, Also in the photos it was clean looking , When we went everything was dirty , Even the rooms were stinking. Overall it wasn’t a stay someone should go to.

The Ashoka inn hotel -: one of the best scenic hotel, views of velly from this hotels roof and balcony are best. Hotel staff was too sweet they have our hearts. Hotels food was like the food my wife prepared so loves it with all my heart. Only point of improvement is there is cleanliness, washrooms not up to the mark and laundry was also. with little improvement they will be the best hotel of shimla. Looking forward to stay again soon.🫡

Earlier we booked normal room room size is small but when we booked their deluxe room it was spacious enough with warm water bath tub and balcony view.Hotel staff is very cooperative and helping you have to take a taxi if coming via bus else take a bus to victory tunnel and way up to mall road and then to hotel which is 45 min uphill.Hotel staff is very good they even helped us to board on taxi coordinated us throughout trip and stay ,you can even ask hotel taxi from hotel itself which is comparably cheaper than normal taxis Uber is of no use here Ridge ,Lakkar bazar and mall road are at walking distance Hotel also added complimentary breakfast and provided us iron and dryer when they were not there at bording time So recommended at this price and hospitality

Room was not good and long distance to mall road me and my wife not feel safe even there are so many monkeys over there we feel unsale on the way hotel pls refund my money i choose another hotel

The rates of the hotel are very high as compared to its arrangements, view, food etc. It is located at a very high altitude but still there is no benefit. Whereas there is a hotel next to it which is cheaper and better managed.

It's our third stay and the staff and the services are really good. The cleanliness, the ambience, the hospitality is awesome.

Location of the hotel id horrible. I don't recommended anybody having senses should book this hitel. I was fooled by the high ratings on MMT. Service was ok but cleanliness etc are horrible.

Location is good, food was also good however limited varieties were in breakfast. View from Terrace was too good other amenities were ok. Services and behaviour of staff is excellent. As per booking terms 10% discount on food was given on asking but transfer from Rly Stn to Hotel not provided and discount of 20% on transfer from Hotel to Rly Stn not given.

I had an amazing experience during my trip to Shimla at Ashoka, and I must commend the excellent service provided throughout. Right from the hotel stay to the local transport and sightseeing arrangements, everything was well-organized and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly courteous, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The scenic beauty of Shimla combined with such warm hospitality made the trip unforgettable. located very near to the Mall Road and Ridge , Highly recommend booking through MMT for anyone planning a peaceful and well-managed vacation. Last but not the least , a Heatfealt thanks to Sudesh Ji, The property owner who was available at all times for any assistance. 5 stars all the way!

room was dirty and water for drinking was not good.location of hotel is also not good.better to avoid booking at hotel.

The food was average and the hotel is situated on top and has a steep walk from Mall Road.
