Hotel Dream Land

Everything was totally awesome. The property was in the prime location. THE SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY EXCELLENT.

The hotel property Dreamland was not maintained, room and floor both were not clean enough. there was always fear of monkey attack.the only thing which I would appreciate was good food served..

Room was dirty furniture was damaged and tv was not working.Truly terrible experience

The first room given had a bit of dampness (probably because it had been cleaned recently), upon bringing it up with the hotel manager, he instantly shifted us to another room. Excellent service, pricing is good, it is just above ridge Mall Road, Shimla. Would recommend for short stays.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff was unresponsive; they didn’t answer calls from the room, making it impossible to get assistance when needed. Secondly, the hygiene standards were appalling. The bedsheets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the blankets were in the same unhygienic condition. This lack of cleanliness and attention to basic needs made the stay highly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean. Helpful staff. Food was nice and on time service. God valley view. It was a nice stay.

Poor rooms, no cleanliness the bedsheet was also dirty. Even drinking water was dirty dirty rooms and bad smell

The room was very damp and smelled weird. The bedsheets seemed pretty worn out and were not clean. The bathroom was also in pretty bad shape. The hotel was not at all worth this much even though it was at prime location.

Rooms are average. Bath rooms are not good. Cleaning is also average. Hotel is situated over rige so mall road, lakkar bazar and lower bazar all are not far. But vehicles are allowed by jakho area only to get to the hotel from station which is quite expensive.

The room was not that much maintained. Before check in they must clean all the room and place all the needful that should be there. I have to ask for a hand wash. The food quality is good but not upto the mark what they are charging for it.

Too much costly, no heater as related to price, tv not working, no wifi monkey everywhere as they entered most of the time in the room, food even so cold and water is not purified. Totally wastage of money and worst experience

Remote location. If u are with family don't book it no hygiene. Small rooms
If u like dharamshala. Go for this hotel

Break fast good quality. Service cleaning room all good management washroom hot water all facility available

I liked the safety level and it made me feel safe
