Wonderful property, nice caretaker and a wonderful person mr. Sanju. I visited this place because i had some in hp u shimla, so i choose this place because it's near to university. But i enjoyed my stay. Being as a hotelier i know each and every thing, food was fantastic and i will recommend to each and every one! cheers!

This is a colonial-era property, on a very prominent location at the summer hill (around 3 kms from mall rd, shimla, 0. 5 km from ii-as and hp uni. The property is safe, hygienic and very well-maintained. Perfect for someone who doesn't like the hustle-bustle of shimla city or/and wants a peaceful work-from-home experience. It was a great experience to stay on this property, the host and the caretaker were always just a call away and were very kind with late entry/exit, food orders, and care-taking my dog in my absence. They have a good wifi connectivity too. This place is also pet (dog-friendly (there is a nominal daily charge though. The property is not suitable for a person with mobility issues as there are no ramps.
