Superb location just in front of the cherai beach. No restaurant is available at the property. After sunset it is a little difficult to go to the nearby restaurants. The room size and bed size is quite small.

I had a wonderful beach stay at the hotel! The location was perfect—right on the shore with stunning ocean views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach access was convenient, and the sunsets were unforgettable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

It's not a hotel but a home stay managed by courteous staff but since property is old hence is not apt for neat and clean stay. Beach access is far from the property, no restaurant nearby and property runs kitchen for breakfast only. So managing things on own become difficult. The only good thing is view from balcony.

There was no room service. The reception was locked when we needed assistance. No security guard available. Not satisfied with the service.

Location is awesome, for veg people it is hard to find good food, other than that everything is good. Not that much crowded here so that's a plus point.

Decent stay with all necessary amenities, clean bathrooms, breakfast was limited but was good. View was good, little outer from city but manageable with own vehicle.

Pro's Over all room was good ,neat, hot water, bathroom was also clean. morning breakfast was good. con's: we checked in by noon.. tierd. they gave 2 menu cards u can order any , they will deliver. liliput restaurant seems nice by menu ordered for 2 and 1 kid, bill around 750. not worth in taste, kerala porotta was like rubber and we waited more than hour. room was little small. windows was like we can see everything outside and our room was down stairs.so seeing people crossing the room, we can hear the noise people speak outside or in office room. i requested a glass of milk for kid. since they have a kitchen. they showed a shop is near by go by walk and have. no restaurant. lady in dining faces are not welcoming. u can't get down to the opposite beach, u have to walk 500 Mtrs to play in beach. kettle in room was not clean. milk was inside, some one prior used and kept. for food u can opt shivettans restaurant near by , walk or menu card provided in hotel. no dental kit provided. over all. good stay. will some flaws. the reception guy was helpful and welcoming.

It was good experience. The hotel’s location is perfect—just next to beach, but restaurants you manage to near by hotel, The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi upon arrival, but it was promptly addressed by the front desk. Local transport is issue but if you have your vahicle or rent vahicle than no issue.
