Food and service was good but room was not upto the price paid. Problem with bathroom, little fixes needed.

Samay has always given delightful stay, their kitchen are open till late night, location is very prime, ideal for all travellers.

One of the most beautiful hotels i have ever been to. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made from the best of best quality. And have been imported from many different places around the world. The rooms are beautifully designed. The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management. All the chefs are so good at what they prepare. Amazing and delicious food. Must visit place.

Our check in experience was terrible. One lady at the reception told us to wait even after we showed our confirmation voucher. She was very unfriendly and was not willing to listen to us despite requesting her. she said management has changed and booking is no longer valid. It was a poor way of handling guests at the time of check in. We requested for tea and they provided us with tea powder instead of tea. The lady at the reception was way too rude and unfriendly with us for no fault of ours. They made us wait for too long before providing the room and whatever we asked her she was only saying no. Horrible experience.

Hotel rooms are absolutely not upto the mark while seeing the price. Room service is poor. Washroom is worst. With this price, we can get rooms with breakfast & dinner. No

Food was good, cleanliness wasn’t good, no toilet roll in the toilet, towel wasn’t clean, bed sheet wasn’t clean properly, pillow cover was torned. Overall staff were helpful but the hotel itself wasn’t upto the mark.

Never ever book this hotel if you are hygiene concerned because what they show in the pictures here and reality is far different. They charge you for executive room but they gave normal room which is available in rs around siliguri. You won’t even be able to get restful sleep because there is 24 hrs noise coming in your room. They will not even care if you complain.

It’s not hotel. Dirty,noisy parties at night, they even don’t know whether we checked in or not terrible. You will find friends in rooms named mice, we should enjoy with them

The air conditioner was not working and the room service was bad

The location of hotel is good and you easily get local rickshaws to travel with city. The stay was also comfortable. Only one thing that needs improvement is provision of water. They provide two bottles of 500 ml per day and additional water is chargeable. They do not refill the water from water purifier if we ask. Rest all is good.

This hotel is not right for the family, it has a hangout only and only and it haunts the whole night, disturbing all the drunk customers. For family members or with women, he never stayed in this hotel.
