The Hotel is located nearest to the Airport, the property is in good condition but needs extra care on the hygiene. Dust found on the table and windows Bed spreads are stained Apart from that everything seems to fine Needs to Pay for a Water bottle even though mentioned as mineral water will be provided

Everything was perfect. It was clean and the staffs were cordial. Location wise it’s absolutely near the airport so if you’re travelling far you wouldn’t need to rush your breathe out. Prefect place

The behavior of the hotel owner is very good. Necessary food and drinks and the distance to the airport are very close, which is a lot of convenience.

The property was fine but the bedsheets and blanket had stains. Also there were insects and bugs in the room which made it stressful and difficult to rest in the room.

The rooms are compact, but the service was excellent. The food was also very good. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport is convenient, and they even arrange for vehicle drops to the airport, which is a great perk.

i stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling with my two children, and the experience was disappointing. although the staff were friendly and welcoming, the state of the room was unacceptable. the bed sheets, pillowcases, and quilt were dirty, with visible stains and dirt. the quilt was also in poor condition—patchy and loose—which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. while i was aware the hotel’s location near the highway would come with some noise, it was far louder than anticipated, making it difficult to get any restful sleep. the room was extremely small, with the double bed occupying almost all the available space, leaving barely any room to walk on either side. the most concerning issue was a poorly designed wooden panel above the bed’s headboard. this robust, hard wood piece was positioned too low, posing a safety hazard. my two-year-old accidentally banged his head on it, which was a frightening experience for me as a parent. unless covered with pillows (a jacket in my case), this low wooden fixture is a clear danger for anyone, not only babies but adults too staying in the room. given the inadequate cleanliness, poor design, excessive noise, and limited space, this hotel did not justify the price i paid for the night. i would not recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

Location from airport is the only advantage of this property. you have no other option except hotel food which is very small quantity and high rates. do not take complimentary breakfast as very small quantity sufficient for one kid will be provided. Better you purchase whatever you want at the hotel itself.

The location is very close to airport which is a big advantage. The owner are very friendly and helpful. It’s a value for money. Restaurant attached to hotel is minimalist.

Marigold hotel didn't have electricity+ they didn't have proper socket for charging i kept my phone on charge at night and morning when i wake up phone battry was zero and i realised that there was socket issue + when i tried to go n put at reception counter than light was not there and we face light issue at the end i went with zero charge in my phone and after going to airport i charged my phone

Location is perfect. The owners ratan chhetry and her daughter poonam chhetry are courteous. But the property terribly short of trained staff, even my ac room at rs. 1558 does not have a tv, rooms are very very small, no space to keep the luggage also. Inverter not working, even charging became an issue. I am really very disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. Not even a mirror fr shaving in the toilet. No table to even take food in the room. The kitchen does not have proper door. Food however was tasty. I really feel more professionalism is required. But i am very disappointed and feel there was no value for my money. I am surely not coming back here.

The experience exceeded my expectations. Every staff member was exceptionally cooperative, and the property was well-maintained. The food was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport.

Good hotel for transit passengers to and from bagdogra airport. Around 1 km from the airport. Paid Auto is available on demand for airport transfers. Food is also available.
