The manager on location was great and really helpful. They would be available at any point to entertain your requests. Also they did not disturb us at all.

Spacious Stay, But Weak Construction and Unfair Deposit Experience

The villa is nice and spacious, with a pleasant overall ambiance. The staff is good and humble, making the stay comfortable. However, the property itself feels poorly built — the AC vents leak water, and the washroom faucets are a bit clumsy to use. One major setback was at checkout. We had already inspected the property ourselves before leaving, but when the caretaker did his inspection, he pointed out a broken faucet that was not there earlier during our check. He still charged us from the deposit.

One-of-a-kind stay – nothing like I’ve seen before!

This villa is absolutely unforgettable! The pool literally flows under the living room floor—felt like I was walking on water. The design, vibe, and location are all spot on. It's private, peaceful, and still super close to all the Goa buzz. Never stayed anywhere like this before—totally worth it!
