The rooms which i booked were not given firstly. We had to fight for the rooms because they gave different rooms instead. After an hour argument they provided similar rooms. It was terrible experience i have ever faced. I mentioned that this is the room i booked but they requested me to make a call to makemytrip.

Cottage was okay, wash room was terrible, no privacy - restaurent without room service and - showing reservation on one property and providing rooms in another one. Asked for additional charges
