Review Of Secret Ivory Farm Guest House (Double Bedded Room)

living in tree house which is almost in the forest, was wowwww experience. we saw many birds, monkeys, deers, peacocks through tree house terrace gallery so closely while enjoying tea and breakfast.

Secret Ivory is a beautiful retreat - peaceful and near the edge of the forest- perfect for a weekend getaway. The food is amazing, homely and the place itself is calm. And if you are lucky you can see the deers grazing grass right outside your room.. luckier still if you spot elephants etc just outside the fencing.. overall lovely hospitality and makes you want to keep coming back.

what a view from our panther room. The stay experience was beyond our expectations!!! Food was good. They arranged for a early morning jeep safari to explore the wildlife of Mudhumalai Tiger Reserve.Definitely will recommend to others!!!

Location was mind blowing, food was tasty enough, service was also good. bt they dnt give us option to choose room ( there were 4 standard rooms, in which 2 were occupied and 2 were vacant) when we chosed one of the vacant room, they denied saying such options will not be available for those who booked under make my trip (as direct communication is not possible with resort management) saying this they alloted a standard room which was not facing jungle view, inspite of jungle view room was vacant

Everything was great, the location, the rooms were super neat and clean, food was great too. We did safari through the property as well as the government one both were different routes but we enjoyed the property organised one the most.

Stay was excellent. Food at restaurant was very good. Location is one of the best as it is situated in a place where wildlife is seen frequently from the sit out area. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip. I booked a property that was as a resort, but upon arrival, it turned out to be a cramped two-room building with none of the promised amenities. There was no proper road access or covered parking, and the place had no legal name board, reception, or signage—raising serious concerns about its legitimacy. The bedroom had transparent windows and curtains, offering no privacy, and the bathroom ventilator was completely open, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable for a family stay. We had to refuse check-in immediately. I reported this to MakeMyTrip's supervisor team, but unfortunately, I’ve received no meaningful resolution so far.

This was really mesmerising stay facing the open jungle out there, food and hospitality was very nice overall very good place to disconnect from day to day busy city life to cherish

This is not a full-fledged resort with all the amenities, but more of a home stay kind. Suite room was huge, and really clean, and has a beautiful view from the front porch. This property is just adjacent to the forest, making us spot hundreds of deers in the morning. It was bliss. No need to worry about the safety as they have installed electric fence. The manager said they regularly spot animals from “cat family”. There’s also a tree house option, that gives a better view of the forest. They don't have a running kitchen, they prepare food only on prior notice. However they had basic menu for the breakfast as default. Veg food was not good. But forest view made the stay worthy.

Found this location in make my trip only and the stay here is excellent. Morning we can see the animals near by places.

The great part is the location of the resort. You get to see deers quite often adjacent to. They also arrange for safari. Food is average

I did not get air conditioning. Maybe they didn’t specifically in their ad. Also no internet in the room.

Staff were very friendly, property is very clean. Will definitely suggest the property to visit especially with family !

It was after 6 years i hqve visited secret ivory it was well maintained abd mr. Om balan, the host waa very much present at the resort, renovation work of the restaurant was in the last stage, food was amazing.

The appearance of the guest house was good. The service was good. The service was not done on time. The room facility was not good. The activity was not arranged at the guest house. I had visited this guest house for relaxation trip with friends. The parking facility was good. There was no suggestion for this guest house. The food quality was good.

Secret Ivory is the best in this location if you are a wildlife enthusiast. It does not have the so called city luxury but it gives you the true feel of the wild. Staff are really good and take every care to provide a feel at home. Worth spending your leisure time here way off from hassles of the city life in the lap of the mother nature.

Went to the place a few months back with family. The staff and owner were extremely friendly. The fact that there was terrible noise because of construction work kind of beat the entire purpose of the getaway. When the noise did stop it was lovely. The place is a little hard to find but the staff gave us adequate directions.
