villas are very good as well as evening activities. its very scenic...need to work on food menu

Property food was horrible. Quantity quality both were terrible with very high price. Accommodation room ac remote was not working, tv remote not working, no cloth hanger or wardrobe, no one understands any other language nor they speak in any other language other than Tamil. If you don't know Tamil, communication is going to be very difficult.

The stay and food was good. But food cost is very high.

Good rooms with good service. Fun place to go with kids. Amenities provided like play area and swimming pool greatly enjoyed by kids. They also prepared special food for my one year old.

Neat and clean. Had good time. Easily accessible. Very near to forest area and have good restaurants in the front.

Calm & quite view of mountains from the villa is too beautiful parking available walkable distance to the town food was ok neat & clean room

The room initially provided was with drainage smell, i had to pay additional 500 to get good room, when i book through make my trip i always get this type of room. The hotel front office guys were very helpful, and rooms are not value for money it is just price hiked by make my trip. Please delete my account in make my trip i do not want to book any hotel using this app in lifetime.

Food was not good. Economic room was not suitable for family.

Everything was good staff took care us personally and food is decent and neat best option for family and friends

Instead of standard room which i booked, allotted is budget room. Worst experience i never faced in my life that too along with my joint family members. No tv provision, no wi-fi, toilet is worst maintenance with bad smell, cheap cot, blankets are very worst with holes, phone is available by not working, no mobile network signal, unable to contact any hotel person in night, actual cost of the room is around 1000 only but i have spent around per room to book. Your discount is no use, compared my worst experience in front of my whole family. Hotel management is giving this room in peek season itself around 1000rs.

Very bad and worst room ever seen. It was a Cow shed turn to hotel room it seem. Comes with free noise fan, plastic water jug, no glass in the room, broken wooden table, bad lighting designe ( only one bulb ) , cud not sleep whole ngt because of mosquitos lullyby and other forest insects. No window net. The best part is they don't serve food and coffee. If you want to have coffee you shud drive 6 km away to reach cafe coffee day to have coffee 😂 If your have not book dinner with your room then strictly you are not allowed to get in to the restaurant.. because thy dnt have ala-carte... 😏 Entire village go off before 8pm, forget about getting good, you dnt get even water bottle. So be perpare and GO... to enjoy starving...

the property is not professionally run. do not expect a leisurely stay. we had booked 2bh villa, but when we reached there they gave just two rooms citing that the unit we had booked is under maintenance. failed to inform us in advance and not offered any compensation. when we complained, they gave us a work in progress 2bh unit!! recommended for large group travellers only.

Rooms were not proper. Lizards everywhere, no proper ac if we inform the in charge person also there is no response. Not worth for money.

Booked 2 rooms. At the time of check in property told me booked a single room. Horrible experience. Took 2 hrs to resolve some how got a under prepared villa with 2 rooms. Tv not working, intercom not working. Toiletries not provided till next morning. Bathroom windows only wood frame no glasses. Went for dinner, waited 45 minutes after giving order thrice. No food served. Left without having dinner. Lousy staff. Reception guys are good, they at-least sorted out mess. Overall had a bad bad stay after paying quite a bit.

Stay feedback - hot water facility is not there. Spacing very less. Not shown as in pictures. Split-ed beds.

Good ambiance. Nice rooms. Good response. Nice location.
