Review Of S4 RESIDENCY

One horrible place and one horrible nightmare that nobody will stay there When we started opening the door of the room, it smells like stinks and full of cigarette smell. There is no water and those are you know something rotten and it's coming of action and inside the bathroom also is not good. There is no bed cover for the bed is totally disappointed and you know the entire place that building itself. It's like a dungeon. It's like a cave that nobody will know you know. Stay also to one total horrible experience which I got here and that also like you know from my trip, had a trip up and it's totally disgusting. I don't have words to explain. And also, I'll never suggest my friends or even family to that particular place. Actually make my trip kind of you know you should not type with these people. Actually it's totally horrible experience which I have got in as per residence. Actually we checked in and the same time around the time we checked in after two hours, we checked out actually. It's like you don't want to stay there. It's like totally a nightmare and horrible experience totally hell.

The hotel policy is not flexible with check in and check out timings. The facilities were meh for the price.

At reception I got wait for some times, and they were saying like you booked in very low budget room can't provide at this rate, After some times guy taken confirmation from some one then he provide the room.

S4 residency is a zero star property with very poor hygiene and bedbugs. It is the first time we have ever seen a hotel running with bed bugs. Except one cleaning boy never really spoke to anyone. The location is very good and you can find many hotels in the same area with even better prices like cozy homes and citya manor.

The fan in the room does not give sufficient air to survive in this hot weather. This is substandard.

wont recommend this stay.please avoid staying. very cheap facilities. no bedsheets provided and dirty room

No blankets And water colour was yellow or brown sometimes

Came to chennai for interview, the hotel was easy to identify the staff was very courteous and the facilities were as expected. The light in the room was a bit dim which was unexpected. Else very apt.

Location is good but the hotel is not clean. There is plenty of mosquito in the hotel. Which made the night stay terrible.

I would not prefer this for the people who want to stay with Family. Staffs are uncultured & I saw in many of the rooms drinking alcohol and smoking cegarates and all. Family members please stay back from this.

The hotel was in a central place which was a good thing. But in terms of service and cleanliness, the hotel was very poor.

Nice experience as a day stay in the hotel in the extreme weather of chennai. Although there is a huge calamity out there on chennai by 30th december by 2024, they have managed the service at the hotel pretty well.

Hotel is good. Enjoyed stay. Provided mineral water. No noise during night. Room looks very good. Affordable at this place as it is near to it companies.

Overall the stay was good. The reception was inside the residency. Had all the basic amenities except for laundry.

Room was good, i stayed in family deluxe room staff was kind location was easily accessible breakfast package would have been better

I booked non ac room thats ok for but the ventilation problem i was facing, not able complete my sleep. Even the ceiling fan is aside from the bed

They did not have water at 8 am in the morning. When i told the caretaker he just ignored me. I had to go the reception and request to give water. This happened twice in half an hour. Also, in the first ac roo. I was given neither the ac temperature nor the fan speed could be controlled. They bed sheet and blanket is also not cleaned. They are purposely using brown color bedsheets instead of white bedsheets to hide the dirt. I don't recommend this hotel.

Worst experience in this hotel. They gave me a room with not working ac and i opted for ac room. I was asked to pay 800 more.

No food being served even after paying extra. And for a stay to be at a economical rate this place is good.

They took extra amount for breakfast. When i ask for breakfast to them, while check in at 12:30am. They told that we don't have breakfast. If you want we will give the room. Or other wise you can go. They are not responding properly.
