Review Of R.B Residency

It was a worthy stay. Room was very clean. Location was good. Staff was courteous.

Hotel is located in a prime location eacy to reach by public transport. Very good service by caretakers ....No Parking space available, No Restaurant available, Getting odour smell in room....and fittings were rusty and leaking..

Average rooms lots of cockroaches .... toilets were not properly cleaned...

Good Staff and speak decently

Very bad hygiene.Housekeepwas very rude when asked to clean the room .Uncomfortable bed.I checkout a day before the checkout time .

Very unhygienic. Not cleaned properly. All pipe fittings are ruled. Dirt stick to hands while opening the tap.

Hotel is awesome and newly painted with all good rooms toilets and maintenance is good and staffs are very very good

good & budget friendly l, located in prime area where hotels are nearby. staffed were good 👍 and one thing needed to make change is that i chk in & chk out time....may be 6.00am to 6.00pm. where every traveller's will reach early in the morning 🌄...need out pay early chk in charges

The room was full of mosquitos and when i asked for mosquito repellent they said that it's empty. They have to purchase new one next day. I couldn't sleep whole night. Bathroom was so small that i could hardly turn inside. Bathroom was also full of mosquitos. Furniture was too much old. There was so much dust on sitting chair. It doesn't worth this much money. But staff was polite and helpless.

I feels its value for money the property look little older but well maintained, and ac was vey good. Service 10 on 10 call response also grate and its a good location i stayed 2 nights really happy on it

Staff is friendly, but it is very old, a/c is frequently making problem. They have to modify their a/c and its wiring system.

Tv is not working and one room locked but they don't have duplicate key to unlock waited long hours then they given other room. Luckily we don't kept any things in that room.

Ac not working properly, room maintainance very bad, bathroom not clean. Only positive hot water available is only positive. We booked 2 rooms. But they gave only one that too after argument. Didnot provide towels, soaps. Not suited for family stay. Receptionist in night is arrogant. Day time guy is good.

Okay. For a night stay. Good value for money. Simple room noisy ac.

The room cost, the service of the staffs were very commendable. The manager friendly. They made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The best part is just few metres from the famous mm m hospital. Our main purpose was for the treatment in the hospital. So the r. B. Residency was the perfect option for us.

Very nice staff and hotel and owner and all are superb location is also superb and wonderful and all places are near by

It was great experience. The hotel owner and staff are nice and friendly. They provided all the facilities. This time they supported a lot when the entire city got hit by cyclone.

Economic stay, and room was ok. The toilet needs to be a little more cleaned. Good for solo travellers.
