when landed to hotel ,then they transferred in their another chain of hotel on bike and my luggage.This was terrible experience

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Found on make my trip recommendation. For people who come to L&t and DLF Location of property is very near. For the price the accommodation is very good & comfortable . Complimentary breakfast provided was very good.

The room was not ready on time, not the same room as shown in the pictures. I've booked here before but was disappointed this time.

Worst hot
Very bad very very bad. First we were asked to change the hotel to neighbour inn apart which is a 2 bhk flats no service nothing. Every-time we had to ask for everything. No cleanliness we stayed 3 nights as we paid on mmt they didn't even clean the rooms halls. Too much mosquitoes and flies. Never book neighbour inn elite and neighbour inn apart. Only breakfast was okay that also got over before time

Pleasant stay
The stay at the hotel was very pleasant and their staffs are well cooperative and dedicated. Specially mr. Ajay is the best guy who has taken care in all manner.

Good Stay
Stay was good. Opposite to L&T back gate. So convenient to stay for L&Tites to avoid hassle traffic.

Terrible Stay
I have spoken to the customer care and asked for cancellation. The hotel what is shown is completely different form what it is. I don’t know how make my trip has give 3star rating for the hotel. It’s spoiling the name of make my trip.
