The best hospitality so far i have ever seen in my experience of the Avuraa stay. Ambience Locality Cleanliness Facilities all are excellent. Very polite and understanding owner and caretaker. I will highly recommend this for everyone who are looking for rooms near to this location.

we were family of 8 comprising of 5adults and 3kids. Had booked 2 deluxe rooms at Avuraa. It was a great private villa property with no typical hotel noise. All delivery partners deliver here and there are tea shops right opposite. Clean and neat rooms and support staff were kind and helpful. However it would have been great if there were soaps and shampoo provided, no blanket for additional mattress given but otherwise it's great choice to explore beach on ECR, VGP kingdom, MGM etc.

Good Stay
The stay was worth the money. We booked 2 rooms and in one of the rooms the ac was ok but needed more cooling. The caretaker and staff were supportive throughout the stay. It is within the city limits so foods, snacks and other essentials were easily available in nearby shops.

Yes, this facility good to stay. But something which needs to take care is mosquitoes. Some basic necessities like bath soap, napkins, toothpaste should be placed in bathroom. Overall experience is good. Quite and hegien is good.

My stay was good overall, but one issue i faced was with the early check-in policy. I arrived in the city at 11:00 am and called to request an early check-in, but it was denied. While i understand policies are in place, i think allowing early check-in for just one hour could greatly improve guest satisfaction.
