Room was so neat and clean. Staffs are very humble and polite. It's located near JNTU Metro station in Hyderabad.

drinking water is not available, bathroom mat is not have, we book the AC room ,but they alot the nonAc room, hot water is also not coming, gycer is not working

We visited the hotel, and I was given my driver's licence, and my partner's aadhaar card front side photo, the receptionist rejected her ID proof, he is showing very proud. Finally he hasn't given the room. We returned without staying. It's a complete loss for me. Without staying in the hotel I paid an amount. The receptionist doesn't know how to talk with the customers. Worst experience with the MakeMyTrip. Till now, I have been using MakeMyTrip for travelling, and staying, but from today, I will go with the other.

The room was nice, but the service was terrible. No water was given. I had to buy water bottles from outside. Charged extra for my extended 1 day stay. No one was there to serve it till my room. Had to go myself to reception to bring plates and that too it was a disposable plate and that was also the last one left. Very bad service.
