I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After booking the room, when my partner arrived, the hotel staff informed us that the booked room was not available and demanded extra charges to provide accommodation. I immediately raised a complaint , and they resolved it by paying the additional amount to the hotel. However, when I visited again with my partner, the same issue happened — they again claimed that no rooms were available. After another complaint, they finally provided a room (Room No. 102), which was completely different from what was shown in the booking photos and in very poor condition.

Worst… not cleaned and had bad smell and blanks beds are dirty

Very poor maintenance. There is no room service. The management forced me to Rs 400 extra per room and i ended up paying 800 extra. That's is beyong the reputation of Makemytrip organisation. Better to terminate him from your list of hitels Very poor maintenance.

Money waste for the stay extra amount will charged the way of behaviour at reception is rude while asking the details so it's not worth for the money to stay

Location is good food is pathetic for all because no one food stall in this location service is very bed after booking this hotel i have charged extra money

Extra amount charged at the time of check in. This location not having any food stall room looking clean from outside always water leakage inside the bathroom bedsheets and pillow covers are not changing

No neatness, poor customer service and untidy beds and lot of mosquitoes and conjusted washrooms ugly

Not at all worthy also breakfast is not provided while booking I could see that breakfast is complimentary. VVVV BAD AND. UNHYGIENIC.

Location and the area is disgusting and it is not at all clean and hygiene and it is very hard to find this hotel not giving proper location and guidance
