Stayed for 1 night. Turned off immediately upon entering the room and seeing a cockroach on the bed - response from staff accompanying me to the room wasnt too good either. From a hygiene standpoint, this is just not acceptable. No hot water in bathroom even though hotel seems new - again, this is a basic expectation that should be met. As others have mentioned, breakfast is brought in from a nearby hotel - but expect a bare bones breakfast, nothing fancy. Mercifully they provided a plate to eat the breakfast. However there is no table in the room. So be prepared to eat breakfast sitting on the floor or on the bed. I had to ask twice for breakfast to be brought in - so service definitely needs to be improved. Water is provided, but it is not chilled. On the positive side, rooms are reasonably sized and the bed is quite comfortable. Bathrooms are clean since it is a newer property. Overall, this is a good value for your money, if your expectations are rather low. Frankly I am surprised that it is rated so high. No table in the room - I dont know how they expect guests to

The rooms were new but there was no chair, glass, drinking water bottle in the room. The hotel had no restaurant to order food from neither there were good restaurants nearby for dinner or lunch. Only a few tiffin/snacks and tea stall were available. No boilers were available in rooms if somebody wants lukewarm water early in the morning. At this price these are some minimum requirements the hotel should satisfy.
