They have charged 1200 extra from me ...and they are neither refunding nor attending my call...Thz is highly unacceptable

Terrible Stay
We told pack food parcel to travel . They have charged for plates of 50/- (INR). I haven’t refused to pay that amount also . But once I Received the plates , plates was so worst . That can’t able eat food in it . So bad experience never recommend these hotel .

The room is Okay but the bathroom is an old model. Breakfast is nice. The location is good for metro connectivity and road transport. Also very near hitech City.

excellent hotel, I wish that this hotel should be an icon for the hospitality sector. food was too good, staff was available for alll the basic needs of hotel on one call, room was justified for a couple, hats off to cleanliness, near to kphb metro station, nexus mall in just 5 min by auto, hats off, I wish this hotel will spread their branches all over my country... The hotel is good, but the rooms are very smaller, i had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, it was not comfortable. The restaurant is also good. Facilities according to cost need to match expectations.
