We have to check out of the hotel on 17.05.2025, but it was booked till 19.05.2025. First of all the hotel was unclean and there were insects. But on top of that there was a huge security issue in that hotel. There was no gate, and at night random people used to roam and and drink in the corridor. On one night (at around 2am) one of the men was knocking our door continuously and it was a terrible and scary experience for all of us ar that moment. Next day morning we checked out of the hotel.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms but the hotel staff claimed they didn’t receive any booking details, which caused a long delay. After several attempts, we finally got one room, but the second room was never provided. To make matters worse, we haven’t received a refund for the missing room. The room we did get was also in very poor condition—not clean at all. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I stayed in room 212 it was the most pathetic room I have ever stayed. there was no ac remote when asked they were like I don't have it . fan regulator works 0 or 5 no towel rods , hot water . the sheets and towels were soiled . the walls were completely soiled overall not a hotel worst than a lodge just because it's listed in oyo it's named as hotel. the fun part is there is a hole in the water bucket . it good to see oyo accepts this kind of hotels

Rooms are very neat and clean, staff ravindra is very helpful and lots of respect to us. All time available for service. Nearby lucky restaurant biryani is tasty go and eat. Water ac tv wifi all available
