I booked a room three days ahead, thinking I was set. Get to the hotel at 9:30 PM, tired as hell, and they tell me it's full. FULL! No heads-up, no call, nothing. Seriously, what kind of messed up system is that? Imagine if I'd shown up at midnight, totally stranded, no room, no warning. That's just asking for trouble.
Thank God the guy at the front desk actually had a brain and helped me find a place 15 kilometers away. He did your job, Fab. Then, the absolute nerve of your team calling me up to ask, "How was your experience with Fab?" Are you kidding me?! How was it? It was a goddamn nightmare!
Never again. I will never book with Fab Hotels. Ever.
