Dear MakeMyTrip Team,
I am writing this email with extreme disappointment regarding my recent hotel booking through MakeMyTrip. I have been a loyal customer of your platform for years, trusting your services for my travel needs. Unfortunately, my current experience has completely broken that trust.
I booked FabHotel R3Atmos, Hyderabad (3rd–5th Oct) for my business trip. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that this so-called “hotel” is nothing more than a PG accommodation for students, completely misrepresented as a hotel on your platform.
Despite arriving at the property after a long journey of over 10 hours, I faced:
Delayed and unprofessional check-in
Substandard rooms with dirty, stained bedsheets and foul smell
Extremely unhygienic bathrooms
Zero support from both FabHotels and MakeMyTrip customer service teams despite multiple calls
For over 3–4 hours, I kept following up with your support teams, but no resolution was provided. This not only wasted my precious business time but also caused mental, physical, and financial distress. Such a property does not even meet the basic standards of hospitality, let alone FabHotels or MakeMyTrip’s claimed quality checks.
I demand an immediate resolution:
Shift me to a quality, verified hotel immediately without additional charges.
Take strict action against the listing of FabHotel R3Atmos to prevent other customers from facing such harassment.
If this matter is not resolved on priority, I will be forced to reconsider using MakeMyTrip for future bookings and will not hesitate to share my negative experience publicly.
I trusted MakeMyTrip to provide a smooth and reliable travel experience, but this has turned out to be the worst service I have faced to date. Please treat this as urgent and respond at the earliest.
