We recently spent two comfortable nights at royal stay vintage, appreciating its vintage charm, ample parking, and spacious shared living room. Our compact rooms served their purpose, but the complimentary breakfast experience was disappointing. Positives:
- clean rooms and bathrooms
- functional ac, fan, and hot water
- convenient location: hospitals, medical stores, and restaurants nearby breakfast blunders:
despite confirming twice on the previous nights, we faced frustrating delays and arguments on both days. Day 1: after an early temple visit, our 8:15 am breakfast request was initially denied due to our early temple visit. Multiple calls later, we received cold, average-tasting idli, vada, and tea/coffee. Day 2: despite specifying no food but tea/coffee only, we were asked to pay. After lots of discussion they agreed to arrange tea/coffee. As it got delayed we checked out without having it. Room for improvement:
1. Ensure seamless provision of complimentary breakfast as promised. 2. Improve breakfast quality. 3. Consider removing complimentary breakfast if it cannot be consistently provided. 4. Property manager could be humble and responsive. Royal stay vintage has potential, but addressing these concerns would significantly elevate guest experiences.
