I had a great experience here , staffs are very friendly and front office manager had shown a very good hospitality.

Road leading to the Hotel is muddy, unclean, dumped with scraps Amenities are very poor- Rooms are shabby, partially removed wall painting, bathroom maintenance is poor, mirror inside bathroom is shabby, etc Service of front office staff is vulnerable, unattended- and felt totally rude Our appeal to Make My Trip - group "To drop this Hotel from the list of Hotels in Madurai, the Temple City"

Aesthetic to be improved

The road to the property is full of potholes. There is no covered parking. There’s no restaurant attached to the property. The bedsheets were not even washed. Bottled water is not provided. Toilets are badly maintained. The property is full of mosquitoes. The staff are pathetic too.

Room not clean. Water bottle not provide. Wifi not working. Bath kit not give soap only provide

Not recommended! place is smelly and bathroom was terrible. Don’t go for this property. Road to this property is through canal.

I need call back from make my trip. I did not check in and stayed in the room. Because it's too horrible of hotel experience. There is no way to go hotel. It's full mudy and dirty way to reach hotel. I'm expecting full refund

Hotel is good, cleaned. The bed cover was not cleaned and the path to the hotel is muddy and filled with water.

Lot of mosquitoes are there inside a room and felt very uneasy whole night. Don't know how mosquito came inside the ac room. Fan regulator is not working and it rotates only in full speed.

I couldn't reach hotel as road approach to hotel was digging and we're not motorable. Parking at hotel was not possible. By reaching hotel on foot would have to get into knee dip mud. Hotel should have proactively informed about the situation.
