I wont recommend this hotel personally because of the person in reception and their room facility.

Total ripoff, waste of money the rooms are very bad felt very inconvenient mosquitos are there too much

We booked room for 3 guests they give one double bed and one extra bed in floor but extra bed was not clean they have maintain extra bed should be clean.

Disappointing Stay Experience I had one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a persistent, unbearable smell. Despite reporting the issue to the caretaker, no corrective action was taken. To make matters worse, we had booked a 1 BHK accommodation for three people, but the arrangements for the third person were inadequate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Host are not very welcoming , it's like you are on your own. We reached around 11. 30 pm and door was locked. After waiting and knowing someone opened the door. I had already informed that i will be reaching at 11. 30 and no drinking water was reserved for us. Bathrooms are not well maintained there was fungus black things at multiple places and bucket etc. Overall average stay.

Very good stay for a family of you are travel-ling with own vehicle. Although the approach road is not very good, the stay is very clean and well maintained and the staff is courteous. We were a family of 6 and we got a whole apartment, we had booked 2 rooms. If you book one room, you might have to share the apartment with someone else.

It was good, staff are cooperative and rooms are well maintained, slightly bit interior, but ample space for car parking, enjoyed the stay

The place is quite difficult to locate. But the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean. All in all it was a good stay.

Pathetic and totally uncomfortable stay. Washroom is not hygienic. Poor service & not fulfilled any of the terms mentioned at booking time. Counter staff Mani is not supportive and tend to argue on silly things. Not at all value for money. False commitments totally.

Pros parking space is there, near to main road, cons due to the short circuit we were not able to use the geyser.

Summary: not a good stay below are the problems we faced even after informing them about everything at-least 2 times before reaching 1. The contact number of the property given is wrong 2. Toilets are not cleaned well 3. No soap and towels were kept in the room (even after asking soap was not provided) 4. Room was so dirty we could see spider web inside rooms 5. The bed spread and pillow covers were not changed and it was dirty 6. Morning there was no water in the toilet even after informing they took 1hour to fix it 7. Staff are rude and when we complain they talk back rudely and ask us to wait and adjust paying so much money if we have to adjust and wait its not recommended (we had warned about it before reaching twice) highly not reccomended

Stay was good. We stayed there for a night and it was very comfortable. No issues about parking availability

A quiet nice place, newly built off the busy main road. Clean rooms with clean bathrooms. They gave 1 towel and soap. Ideally suited for a short stay. Lift was functional and water was available. Staff were very functional and needed. They didn't volunteer and ask for any specific requirements, etc overall, it's a good place offering good value for money

New hotel. Clean. No brush. Tooth paste. Provide one unlabeled soap. Drinking water not given. No room service. Road aproch is red mud soil. On that day it was raining. Very difficult to walk on the road.

Property location was easy to find. We reached late at night and the hotel was locked, however the receptionist opened and we checked into our room. For the price we paid, we expected some amenities such as toiletries and instant tea/coffee sachets to be present, but none were available. In fact, it felt like the room was not prepared for guests arrival. Worse, water wasn’t flowing in the taps, and we had to make a couple of calls to the receptionist for the same. And even when the water finally came, there wasn’t enough pressure and the tap design was bad that the water was flowing everywhere except the bucket beneath the tap. Drinking water wasn’t placed in the room and i had the call and request for it again. Overall considering the price we paid for, it wasn’t a good experience for us.

Anu residency is very close to the main road and other shopping area. It's a 2bhk appartment with lift but we don't have cover car parking within the property our cars need to be parked outside temperature. But recommendable place. It's better for the property to provide toiletries for the guests.

Nice and clean rooms. Value for money at an excellent location. Good parking space available. No room service but none was expected. The staff and the caretaker are courteous.

Very pathetic experience with this facility. Room was terrible, washroom door did not lock, mosquitoes everywhere, restroom wasn’t cleaned and tv was not working. Just one guy to overlook the facility and not to help customers. Family travellers please stay away from this facility. It is too far from the temples also, absolutely not worth it.
