Review Of David Residency

Location of the property is good to access food, fruits, visiting places like temples and shopping. WiFi is not upto the mark as unable to browse inside the room and blankets are stocked with dust particles, early check at 9:30 to 10 AM is not allowed until we pay extra ₹500/-

Overall the stay was very nice and comfortable. The owner and all the staff were very supportive and helpful. We were accompanied by our pet and the stay was safe and good.

I had a pleasant stay with my Mum in David Residency, it's in the heart of the city and closer to all stations, which is very convenient.

The property we stayed was nice but the amenities provided was Not upto even good standard, They are still using towels those have tested beyond times. Bed sheet and a foul smell was something which has made the experience not good.

The entire rooms and corridor were smelling of mosquito coils. The washroom buckets were sticky.

I don't like the way They treats us ....I think I don't come back again ....

The stay was pleasant and safe. the price was affordable. But they gave me a smaller room, which was congested when they'd a bigger room for the same price, which I came to know later. They could provide toiletries ( only a mini soap was provided ) if not it's a good stay

Nice stay....good staff was present...all transport facilities where available near by....room was also neat...

No facilities in side room

Hotel toilets are stinking bad, no lift or ramp is available. lack of common facilities like bottled water, restaurant facilities etc.

We have book delux room but property owner given standard room property owner has not good behaviour

Nice location, Great service, breakfast buffet was only OK, wall corners were broken . property needs renovation

Terrible experience in david recidency, mysore! booked room through makemytrip for 13-14 february, but the hotel cancel-led without notice or informing even after full payment. Left stranded with luggage, forced to stand outside with no assistance. Rude and unprofessional service. Extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's handling of the situation. Would not recommend.

The property is very good for 1 day stay, clean rooms, hot water, good service

here in madurai, with so much humidity we have to stay without ac.,as ac in our room wasn't working 😭.

Cleanliness was terrible. Linens were not changed and washroom was stinking while checked-in. I don't all the rooms were like that or only the room which I stayed was like that.

Overall stay was good came here with my family for a short time stay. Staffs w err very courteous. They did everything we asked. Rooms were neat. We had asked specifically for all linens to be near. They had put new linens for us. Overall -10/10

We stayed for night - though home stay feeling like hotel. Ac working fine and staff behaviour also polite

Owner and staffs are good. So helpful. Some thing to suggest, linens to be little bit clean & white. Intercom or calling bell facility needed to call for service. Pure veg hotel is not nearer.
