Worst Mangai Towers experience

First of all I had no other choice rather than staying in that hotel since it was very late 3 am, I have the pictures of the room I stayed, the moment I entered I couldn't bear the stench from that place, the floor was dirty with hair, insects running all over the room. The bathroom was not clean.

My overall experience is OK. Their service is good. Especially the service boy and room cleaning are very helpful. But in our room we don't have hot water facility and Western toilet water pipe is not working. Just for one night so we adjusted it. Need to improve few things.
