Hotel is located in a prime location. The next compound of the hotel is Kudaloor primal temple, which is famous temple in Madurai. The parking of the hotel is good and spacious. One small hotel is located near this hotel, the food is excellent. Just try there. Don"t think about the cleanliness. Just go there for good food.

Generally excellent catering needs improvement

I am a native of Madurai, but visited now for a function. The hotel is already known to me; the quality is maintained. Catering service is to be improved, especially the room service, the cost of tea, coffee is to be reduced. Restaurant doesn't offer variety. Overall quality is fine.

The hotel management is not providing well maintained room for online booking. The toilet is stinking and no mirror in the wash basin. Commode and seat cover are prone for infection. Make my Trip may ensure delinting the non customer friendly hoteliers from their panel. Customers booking online should not be treated as secondary customers.

Location is convenient for railway station, bus stand, sh oping and swami darshan . Restaurant is good for vegetarian. Nearby Non vegetarian and number of hotels available unto mid night. Hotel is renovated side by side. Airconditioner is very old and properly worked.

Location is very near to railway station and town bus stand and temple. 24 hours service available. Best food in the downstair hotel. Air conditioner functioning well. Cab easily available. Car parking is also available.

ADVANTAGES: 1. Car parking 2. Centre of the city 3. Half km distance to Meenakshi temple. 4. Very tasty food in restaurant DISADVANTAGES: 1. Very dirty bathroom 2. WiFi not working 3. No hot water supply 4. Very bad maintenance.

One of the worst.. Bed bugs crawling all over you.. Serious upgradation.. Wouldn't suggest any1 to go there even for a day's trip.. Absolutely no value for money.. Request the team to blackmark these hotels and stop users for visiting..
