Review Of Royal Residency

No water in wash room. Room in odd shape and very small. No facility near by and hotel has no restaurant. I checked out within 4 hours. I have complained and yet to get refund for two days.

Water leakage issue in bathroom. Very small room without chair. and Wifi was not available

A/C leakage water not good hotel rooms,,...........

the water in the washroom had electricity passing through and was not able to enter the washroom, It was a great danger in the morning when I had rush to work after getting ready. life threatening experience. in the previous night I called support to wash my bathroom because it was smelling bad. the support came after 2 hours.

It was a great place to stay the receptionist was helping us in all ways. Hospitallity was perfect. Try the suit room if 4 or 5 persons are travelling it was perfect for a group stay.

Pros - Strategically located on the main road - 24-hour tea/coffee and water provision Cons: - Tariff is excessively high for the room quality - Parking facilities are subpar - Ongoing renovation work caused significant noise disturbance, despite multiple requests to minimize the disruption - Frequent requests to move the car from the parking area due to ongoing work added to the inconvenience

It's really worth staying here. Clean and spacious room with hygienic rest room. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

This is a mansion, like a gents hostel not a hotel. Very small bed and small room. Not worth staying for business travelers. Kindly remove this hotel from makemytrip

The location and room was good but the rate is on the higher side

It's on the highway. Neat place to stay. Good staffs. Price was on the high end though when i booked. I am not sure about dining places if there are closeby. We didn't need hotel food since we dined in the city centre. Please check with the hotel if they provide food on order. Over all good

This hotel is close to by-pass and 100rs travel to old bus stand. So connectivity to madurai. Krishanan kovil, watrap and especially for those planned for sathuragiri trip.

Mine is a family stay. Checked in at 8pm & we were about to start 7am for a long drive. The provided room ac is not cooling the room even after 1hour. They tried to blame us for changing the settings in the remote. So hesitant to give another room and finally provided an alternate room, we shifted there after checking ac working condition. After shifting we found the fan is not working. They were clueless and asked their owner to come. All these happening at 11pm when my family desperately need a sleep including an 3year old infant. Their owner came started shouting as if i was creating problems only. I decided to get makemytrip help as i figured out these idiots won't give any solution. Thanks to makemytrip exceutive who was coordinating with hotel owner for a proper room. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially for family. The owner is absolutely rude & mindless idiot.

We stayed at royal residency, virudhunagar, to visit temples in srivilliputhur. I couldn’t get proper stay in srivilliputhur, so i chose this. We checked in at 10. 30pm, as our trains got cancelled. Started to temple next day morning by 8. 30. As we could not be back by 12pm, they were continuously calling us to return immediately from 11am for checkout process. We could not pray peacefully, and since they were forcing us, we told them to vacate the room and take out the bags from the room, so that we can continue our prayer. We returned to hotel to see no one has checked in to that room, but our bags are kept in reception. No wonder, we couldn’t see anyone in that hotel apart from hotel staffs, when we checked in also. Will not recommend this hotel, for sure.

5. Stay at royal residency was good. Room is quite spacious for 2 people. We took the double room. Clean bathrooms. Strong wifi. Food was arranged and delivered from a nearby hotel. It's right next to the highway so convenient to checkin and park. They have a good parking space too. Recommended if you are looking for a short stay and passing by and want to spend the night.

I had done a date change which was confirmed by mm t but the hotel refused to acknowledge it. Seemed to be issues in communication. So be careful in such cases. Otherwise the room was ok but the bathrooms need better disinfection. It was a little smelly. Room service was good.

Good hygeine and customer service was excellent
