We had booked two double bed rooms for our two nights stay at Madurai at TTDC Unit 2. The rooms were spacious and equipped with good furniture. The breakfast and lunch/diner was pretty good. Location wise in one of the most safest possible locations in Madurai (opposite of Courtyard by Marriott and next to CP quarter of Madurai).

The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, contributing to a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and neatly arranged, reflecting good housekeeping standards. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were included in the tariff; however, the menu choices were rather limited. The facility offers adequate car parking space, and the provision of a separate resting hall for drivers is a thoughtful addition. Nevertheless, several amenities generally expected in a three-star category hotel were not available, which modestly diminished the overall experience.

great location, clean, spacious rooms. But housekeeping needs improvement. Room didn't have glasses for drinking water and when asked for it, we were told that they don't have glasses!!!

It was pleasant stay and all staff were well behaved. Moreover food was hygienic and family food. I appreciate that. Very good campus and spacious.Also it has been located next to police commissioner office and the area is neat and well maintained. Obviously it is a good place to stay with family.
