customer experience was very good ,but I booked the balcony room .the room so good and clean but the balcony view was not good ....

My stay was amazing with this property

The service of the hotel management was perfect,the rooms are so clean and service line is much better

the room was clean and luxurious. but the service was very poor. we didn't get any bath towels in the room. we asked once, but they didn't provide. then didn't get tea in breakfast due to shortage of milk. there is no proper parking space.

The location was perfect for the journey. All tourists attractions were nearby

The room was very clean and all the staff took good care of it. All amenities are available nearby.

The stay was superb. The rooms were neat and hygienic as shown on their profile. Attenders were friendly and provided us all needs. The location is very beautiful obviously it's Ooty after all but if you don't have your own vehicle you have to get an auto which could be time-consuming . Otherwise it's the best stay you can get at this cost. We are planning for our next trip...😊

The room was extremely dirty, besheets pillows blankets were all covered in mould and fungus! The bedsheet were not changed at all and were filled with stains that i wouldn’t like to speak of! The stay shows pictures of every room equipped with a jacuzzi They charge you extra after you checkin and say they could’ve offered a discount if it was an offline booking! Very lousy and unhygenic stay, doesn’t even have a view and definitkey nit worth the price they charge! Completely unsatisfied with this place called! To everyone looking to book a room please go in person and check for cleanliness before you make a payment or you chances are that u will regret it and lose your money!
