The room was very clean and all the staff took good care of it. All amenities are available nearby.

The stay was superb. The rooms were neat and hygienic as shown on their profile. Attenders were friendly and provided us all needs. The location is very beautiful obviously it's Ooty after all but if you don't have your own vehicle you have to get an auto which could be time-consuming . Otherwise it's the best stay you can get at this cost. We are planning for our next trip...😊

The room was extremely dirty, besheets pillows blankets were all covered in mould and fungus! The bedsheet were not changed at all and were filled with stains that i wouldn’t like to speak of! The stay shows pictures of every room equipped with a jacuzzi They charge you extra after you checkin and say they could’ve offered a discount if it was an offline booking! Very lousy and unhygenic stay, doesn’t even have a view and definitkey nit worth the price they charge! Completely unsatisfied with this place called! To everyone looking to book a room please go in person and check for cleanliness before you make a payment or you chances are that u will regret it and lose your money!

Room and room service was not good. Also in MakeMyTrip app check out time was mentioned as 11:30 however hotel staff forced to checkout at 11

The room we have stayed in had no proper lock; especially for the female, the door lock was loose. So they did not feel safe. The mattress was not properly clean & there was water all over the hotel.

I had a 2-night booking but ended up leaving after just one night because the experience was so bad. The room was in terrible condition — no heating was provided, no soap or basic toiletries, and the bedsheets and towels were in a very unhygienic state. The bathtub was extremely dirty and unusable. Only hot water was available, and it was so hot I couldn’t even shower properly — it felt like burning. I tried to cancel the second night, but the hotel refused to refund anything despite the poor condition. I wasn’t even in the mood to stay another night after the awful experience. Not recommended at all. Very disappointed.
