Clean room with good service but price is also reasonable

located in a convenient place we stayed there days which had deluxe room food was good rooms were neat and clean service excellent particularly mr. prashanth. is genuine and humble he's an apt person to that spot travel also good mr. jerald guide with me we are new couple to visit ooty ... highly recommend this property lazo silver lake hotel near by ooty lake it's very accessible all tourist spot.. thank you

Stay there at the super deluxe category room which is a good one along with excellent service and good food.

The window shield of my car was damaged while it was parked at Lazo Resort Ooty. The team should make necessary arrangements to avoid such damage for their guests. However, I must admit that their service was prompt and good. But it's unfortunate that my car got damaged. But it's important to put a canopy in the parking lot to safeguard the parked car. Or else some other guest will face the same issue in future

The room was really excellent, clean and neat and water geysar also worked fine.For restaurant we,ve to walk a little. Other than that breakfast also I liked it was served hot pongal, vada, poha and bread and jam it was really nice for me

I booked a 5-day stay at LAZO Silver Lake, Ooty via MakeMyTrip , but had to leave after just 2 days due to relentless rainfall and closure of all major attractions. The hotel was nearly empty, yet they refused a refund for the 3 unused nights. Requesting MakeMyTrip to process a fair refund under these exceptional circumstances. Extremely disappointed with both the property and the lack of support.

This is the worst trip I’ve ever been to. Planning is at its worst. My thoughts throughout the trip was that it cannot go any worse.

We got rooms in basement from where we couldn't enjoy any views. The basin tap was broken. Also, on last full night there was power cut which led to inconvenience. Having basement room and power cut and no assistance from hotel staff created inconvenience for us. Landline wasn't working. Breakfast was good but because of shortage of staff, they couldn't serve properly. Hope they will upgrade themselves.

Good quality staff, nice food and service. Should improve the cleanliness part little bit. Overall Good!!

very poor hotel staff behaviour is very indecent and not good at all room is not good and if you booked a room they will provide you another room

Very bad experience, they gave me a room with ants on the bed and literally everywhere in the room. After multiple requests and their multiple denial on all rooms are booked, they moved me to another room which has wash basin and toilet seat broken. I won’t recommend this to anyone.

I would say average stay. Rooms are clean. I stay for 2 nights, 1 day breakfast was good. Otherday it was ok ok.

The property is maintained well. The staff too is polite and friendly. Breakfast and Dinner was good.

the property is in good location, nice ambience, helpfully staffonlything is that they don't serve Non veg,which I think need to change,

rooms are ok, but completement breakfast is average, compare to price.

1) luggage assistance to Villa not provided on check-in time . 2) Towel and other toiletries were not provided and towel provided post request. 3) Cleanliness for the entire house was very poor. 4) Bed sheet, quilt sheets & pillow covers found as very bad condition. 5) Mineral water not provided , instead they kept a RO purifier at common area which was an algae tank . 6) Kitchen they haven’t provided any basic amenities like induction cooker , oven , bread toaster, vessels , plates and not even a kettle. 7) No cloth hangers on the wardrobe 8) No side tables for the cot 9)No handle for the toilet door 10) no exhaust fan in toilets 11) health facet was not working properly 12) TV none of the channels were connected ( on request they just came and the boy couldn’t find any thing ) 13) Lots of spiders and web all over the house 14) Curtain rod was ties with some cloth pieces 15) Overall the Villa property was not worth for the money which we spent.
