Location is amazing. Also the receptionist behaviour is very good and he guides you very well for any enquiries. Food is also very good and genuine price. Few things that need to be improved on: 1) Quality of mattrress, it seems they are very old as they were very hard and unconfortable to sleep. 2) Lot of noise until 11PM - 12 PM which add on to the uncomfortable mattrress

I have booked 3 rooms in the hotel from MMT.But the experience was not good. The rooms were very very small, the fan was hanging precariously, bedsheets and blankets were not cleaned, there were mirrors placed all around the room etc. There was no view from the hotel. I'm not satisfied with the MMT as well the hotel. However, behaviour of staffs were good. But that's not enough for staying in such a price.The hotel is overrated.

it was a very tremendous experience while stay in Royal in hotel Shimla their hospital was very heart touching specially kitchen expert Mr Ramesh and Pankaj both of them gave us nice treatment and we felt as we are in our own home I shall recruitment everybody at least once they should stay here to feel warm welcome thanks thanks a lot to management of Royal in hotel Shimla

Location of the hotel is near Mall Road Shimla . Staff was very nice and courteous. Food was good .It was a wonderful stay .

Location was good but not shown exact location on Google maps, Hotel door is close at 10:30-11:00 pm than after you can't go outside. They store the drinking water in one time use water bottle for multiple times.(use soft drink bottle like coke, pepsi etc).

Property and it's location is good. Friendly and respectable service.But there is no sufficient parking.
