The property's location was very nice. The suite room had a balcony directly facing the river and it was amazing to sit there. we can also go down to the river and take a dip in it. The food was good and the service was excellent.

Property is very good but service is pathetic. No restaurant makes starved for food. Not following timings for complimentary breakfast

Beautiful view from the bedroom and awesome place to stay. We even enjoyed sometime at the river.

The property is good for a short stay. View from the room is excellent. Food is average. Amenities can be better. Easy to reach and good for families.

It is a mixed feeling at the end of the stay during this christmas season. I was there with family for a day. Arrived there during lunch and got a decent room and friendly staff to support. Location is superb and you can enjoy the river during evening time - even spend a couple of hours in the shallow water and beautiful nature. Good for photo shoots as well. Facilities provided in the room were below average. Had to remind them 3 times to provide toiletries. No support received in setting up the extra bed. Ordered evening tea and snacks and it arrived after a solid 90 minutes and 3 reminders. Dinner was not good - mostly pre-cooked chapathis and porottas with too much oil. Breakfast (complimentary) was also much below expectations. Overall not really worth the price paid.

It was an excellent and splendid experience. The river view was extragavant. The staff was heartwarming and superb.

The best view alongside the river n the food was very much tasty. Staff is very much humble to take any specific request.

I spoke to other guests who had booked directly with the hotel. They paid lesser and also got better rooms than ours. The room i got had no clear view. Not did the ac work fine.

Resort stay was good with a good view of the river, excellent food, service was good, enjoyed the stay

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, the staffs was very kind, river view with the morning sunrise was exceptional. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location is good and the room is spacious. But lack of professionalism at everywhere. 2 floor no lifts so we need carry our baggage by ourselves. Breakfast spread was minimal and not tasty. Not even essential toiletries provided and cleanliness of toilet was very bad. Moreover room service is terrible, there is no guarantee your order will be honoured. Totally understaffed resort

The room was good. The location is excellent. Only thing is breakfast was average. Only a little varieties was there. But it was tasty. The staffs and service was good.

2 floor no lifts. Complement breakfast is not good. Average only.

As it have few choices, the food they serve was nice also the room and surroundings are very neat and clean but the price they give for us is too high. so select hotels and contact them directly then you will get some extra discounts from resorts side. Staff are well behaved. Over all its a good experience with the lake view.

Felt like i was in an ordinary lodge, having dirty walls & outdated furniture. The hand shower in the bathroom was broken. The surrounding had a very unpleasant smell. The room worth only 1. 5k, where they levied a very higher price. 'premium deluxe room' called by the riverine lodge is not worth for money.
