The excellent services and prime location were the highlights of my stay. Room cleaning was up to expectations

The stay was wonderful. We got a beautiful room facing the river. You can also access the river through the hotel and spend some time there. Overall good stay and service.

room and bathroom clean and good and also balcony view good... i have problem with their charging of my water bottle.. i have aaked them 3 bottle for my ome day stay.. they charged me for 2 bottle water... i have not experienced any charges for water during my hotel stays other than this hotel.. even though i had to pay only rs 50 for 2 bottle... it really created a bad impression to this hotel.. and also their restaurant charges also high compared to nearby hotels...

I stayed for two days, location is good food is average, ac and lights are not working on night time, due to very hot climate i'm unable to sleep, i went to the reception but there is no one there, also i make call to their mobile number they never pickup, at morning they said reception is closed 10pm every day, if there is any emergency at night we are help less here, so not safe for family, i always travel but never experienced this type of discomfort in any resorts, price is very high compared to other resorts with same facilities

Location is excellent. Clean room. Staff are friendly. Dinner food was good but overpriced. Breakfast is average with not many options and definitely something that can be improved.

Not a good feel for the price i have paid. Too costly and it’s like a lodge set up and when we add more people no such accommodation with bigger rooms or there is no extra room for adding a bed or chair then how they can invite extra person after paying. Such a bad experience. I travel a lot but this was of-course a terrible experience. There stay was excellent and was worth paying. I dont recommend anyone to anchoragen The trip wasn’t pleasant then why a picture

We had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The owner's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the start. They were completely inconsiderate and not customer-friendly at all. For two straight hours, there was no water in the rooms, and when we approached the owner about it, their response was simply "it happens." There was no apology, no sense of regret, and no effort made to address the inconvenience caused. It wasted two hours of our time, and the owner showed absolutely no empathy or concern for the situation. To make things worse, basic amenities like toilet paper and dental kits were missing, and hot cooked food was not available. For a hotel, these are fundamental services that were completely overlooked. We were two families with kids, and each one of us had such a terrible experience that we are now seriously questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews this place has received. If you're considering staying here, I strongly advise you to stay away. We certainly won’t be returning.

The stay was good but i feel the place is over charged for the facilities provided. Its like any normal hotel room except for the view from the balcony provided you are on the upper floors only. The food was okay and the on house breakfast is not that good. Needs to improve a lot. The room was clean with basic furniture.

Pleasant stay, clean rooms, select premium rooms if you want a river view the breakfast buffet was great, but for dinner, they p reordered food from outside restaurants and served us. Food quality was below average
