The stay was great specially the hospitality extended by the owner Mr.Arun. The property is new with nicely done compact rooms and idle location. The staff needs a mention , always helpful. Only one thing needs to be improved is the restaurant and the food quality which on discussion with Mr.Arun will be worked on , limitation due to staff retention. But overall what matters is cleanliness/ safety/ hospitality./ location close to the water fall.

There's service is excellent, which is clean and neat. Room arrangements also very good. Very adequate option for family stay.

Booked for premium king room but there was no premium king room available but staff was good he returned 800 rs for that

Location of the stay is good, some challenges with parking. The proximity to the water fall is excellent staff is very good

First of all, this is a premium lodging facility, not a resort. Pros: 1. New property. So, rooms and all related facilities are fresh and their cleanliness is awesome. 2. Staffs are very much courteous. 3. They prepare and serve food based on our requirement even though the menu is very limited. 4. Elevator is available. 5. Towels and soaps are provided. Cons: 1. It is almost 1 km from the athirapally waterfalls. 2. Name of the property is confusing as they brand it as resort even though it is a premium lodging facility.

It was a good stay and rooms are clean and great service also totally satisfied. I was so happy with the experience.

Booked a queen size room. It's a small room but clean and neat. Bathroom too small but neat. Restaurant is there but no food provided. Overall a budget friendly stay. On the way to athirappilly waterfalls. Road side.

It was a nice stay the room was as same as photos and it was clean and tidy and the hotel team was very nice overall it was good experience.

However, it is worth noting that while a coffee maker was provided in the room, the absence of sugar was a minor oversight that could have enhanced the overall experience.

It was worth the price. Front desk was so helpful. Rooms and lavatory were clean and nice. Overall satisfied with my stay. It's location also was really pleasing enroute to the falls with abundant parking.
