The stay in the gokuldam residency was good and the stay was very good but the staff at the reception is not firendly. Rest all was good at the hotel the room the location the cleanliness rest all was good in that price range

Service was good and room were clean, well maintained hotel

4. Everything was good but hotel manager was not happy to recieve us.

They have saravanabhavan and a non veg restaurant attached. Rooms are neat and clean. Book only ac room otherwise there is no proper ventilation system for non ac rooms

It was a very average hotel. While booking app was showing ac facilities. But after booking app was showing it was a non ac room. Too expensive for the facilities available

Gud food, excellent staff and cheap price.

Very bad behaviour from the staff even from the reception to the room service. Need to give training to the staff to learn how to handle the guest. Room is ok and the dinner we had is below par and not worth for money.
